Probably the most amazing experience ever! I was told that any Joe can find peace and love here! Eat this Pizza if you love pizza or food in general! Absolutely amazing! John is the best and I refuse to let his wife lose any sleep over some AI generated marketing scheme! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST PIZZA EVER!

We are from Chicago and could not find any good pizza.... Rosatis was a staple when we lived in Chicago and I'm telling ya'll now... It is worth every bit of the 2.5 hour drive to get here. If you're in Cedar Park, or the surrounding areas, you are missing out if this is not your top pizza spot.

It's hard to find decent authentic deep dish in Texas, but we are always on the lookout. We tried Rosati's recently and we're pleasantly surprised. The deep dish was great & service was excellent. The place is tiny, so I'd suggest going off peak hours or with a small party size. They have trivia on Thursdays, non deep dish pizza options, a full bar, and a take out section. We will for sure be going back.

Review update from visit #2: Ordered deep dish again. Was quite disappointed. Was even more disappointed that manager thought the pizza was fine but “needed more sauce”. It was a thin layer of dough and an extra thin layer of cheese, my husband couldn’t taste any. This is not the same deep dish I got the first time. Their tiramisu was also very small for being nearly $10. I would love to give them one more chance, but “deep dish “ heeds to be better and stay consistent. Salad was brown. ——————— The deep dish pizza was pretty good for being outside of Chicago. The crust could be a little more crispy to hold the marinara style sauce and cooked a little more so it’s not as runny. It’s not the traditional pizza sauce you may be used to on Chicago’s famous Giordano’s, Lou Malnati’s, etc pizzas. The thin crust white pizza with added chicken was great, and just as I remember it being back in Chicago land area. It was on the colder side as I’m guessing it may have been ready before the deep dish one. Suggest to make it all in the appropriate timing. The prep time was a bit long at almost an hour considering I was waiting at the store for over 30minutes. Certainly worth ordering in advanc
